OUR PROCESS FOR CUSTOM ENGRAVED PATCH HATS

Order in 4 steps
1) SHARE ORDER DETAILS
Send your logo (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or high‑res PNG) and tell us your hat style, colors, patch material, and quantity. (If you would like to make changes to your logo i.e. improvements, cuts, or withholdings, please let us know at this point so that we can schedule a call with you and help you through this process first!)
Every order of 96 hats or more will receive a free engraved gift with their logo!
2) MOCK UP + APPROVAL
Every situation is a little different, (we are real people, not machines) once payment has been received, we have your hats in hand, and a sample patch engraved, we will show you a real photo mockup so you can approve patch shape, placement, and engraving detail.
3) ENGRAVE + ASSEMBLY
Throughout this process we will laser engrave your patches, clean the patches, then apply them to your hats. Updates will be given in most cases, but feel free to check in with us at any time!
4) QUALITY CHECK + SHIP!
Every order is gone through and checked for alignment, count and consistency. Then we pack and ship with tracking via UPS, USPS, and in most cases will be hand delivered within 50 miles!
